I would like to express my appreciation to Bay Lincoln/Hyundai for their prompt and efficient service that I received earlier today. I have a 2004 Hyundai SantaFe and noticed that the rear brakes were sqealing and heating up. I drove my car in to your service bay around 2:30 pm and explained my problem to John. He quickly arranged to have Jeramy, the service tech, look at my car. It was deemed that it would not be safe to drive my car in its present condition. Since both of them realized that I am down here on vacation and had no other transportation they both agreed to try and complete the necessary repairs before closing. At approx 5:20 pm I was notified that the work was completed and my car was ready. THANK YOU to all involved in making this happen. John and Jeramy are certainly an asset to your organization!

"Great Christmas Present"

On 27 Dec 2011, We brought our Dodge Sprinter RV to Bay Dealership and were received by Jeff Eiler. Jeff is a true professional. He explained everything concerning a repair to the rv sliding door. On 28 Dec. much to our surprise Jeff called and said the door was repaired. We could not be more pleased with the timely service. Thanks to Charles Pope, Jeff Eiler and Bay Dodge. You all gave Linda and Bob Reese a great Christmas present.
